How rounding and caps work
All amounts are calculated in whole 0.01-credit units. We round down, then assign spare units by largest fractional remainder. Ties follow member list order. Every rule respects personal caps.
Equal and weighted splits leave amounts above a cap unallocated. Capped redistribution divides that excess among members with positive weights and remaining capacity. Zero weights are excluded from both weighted rules; equal split includes everyone.
